Foam Filled Tires allow you to operate over broken glass, nails, sharp metal, and rocks. In spite of cuts and punctures, they keep you rolling.
Foam Filled Tires provide a safe, trouble-free ride for the life of your res!

Urethane foam can be substituted for air in a scooter tire. Foam is
available in several densities which approximate different inflation
pressures. Once the foam sets, the tire is truly puncture proof. This is
popular with construction equipment, but useful for scooters as well.
Foam-filled tires are several times heavier than air-filled tires.

Foam Filling is a two part component system, where air in a re is displaced and the en re cavity is filled with so polyurethane rubber.
The polyurethane is cured crea ng a resilient, so rubber core with flexing characteris cs similar to that of an inflated re. The re will
not deflate from punctures or sidewall cuts. Foam Filled res can withstand even the most severe condi ons.
